Drawing from pastoral leadership, veteran care, chaplaincy experience, and the ORRHE™ (Operational Resilience in Repetitive High-Exposure Environments), participants will strengthen emotional awareness, reduce burnout, cultivate healthy boundaries, and develop sustainable rhythms for long-term ministry effectiveness.
